DHCP Server Setup steps In Centos7

[root@server1 ~]# yum -y install dhcp

[root@server1 ~]#cp /usr/share/doc/dhcp-4.2.5/dhcpd.conf.example /etc/dhcp/dhcpd.conf
[root@server1 ~]#cat /etc/dhcp/dhcpd.conf



[root@server1 ~]# grep -v ^# /etc/dhcp/dhcpd.conf
option domain-name "xxxx.com";
option domain-name-servers x.x.x.x, x.x.x.x;

default-lease-time 3600;
max-lease-time 7200;

subnet 10.70.79.128 netmask 255.255.255.128 {     <<<<< make sure the subnet same with you centos server's subnet, otherwise dhcp service start will has issue
